By accessing or using AroCall (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AroCall. If you are between 13 and 18, you should use the Service with parental awareness. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the age requirement.
3. Description of Service
AroCall provides a free, anonymous voice and text chat platform that connects users randomly based on shared interests, language, and country preferences. The Service includes:
- Voice chat (peer-to-peer audio)
- Text messaging during calls
- In-call mini-games
- Interest-based matching
- Friends system
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
- Share sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to collect personal information from other users
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the Service
- Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any group
- Share malware, phishing links, or harmful content
- Record other users without their explicit consent
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
5. The 5-Second Rule
AroCall implements a 5-second cooldown on the skip button to prevent spam and bot activity. This feature is integral to maintaining conversation quality and cannot be circumvented.
6. Reporting & Moderation
Users can report or block other users for violations. We reserve the right to take action including temporary or permanent bans based on reports. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee moderation of all real-time conversations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code of the AroCall platform are the intellectual property of AroCall. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that other users will behave appropriately. Use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AroCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress caused by interactions with other users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
